(2023) EDL 595: Public Relations, Community Resources, and Ethics

EDL 595 is a class in the Educational Leadership Master's program and Reduced Hour Certification program. It follows CAEP Advanced Program Standards and Professional Standards for Educational Leaders. This course is held using a distance-learning format, and students meet about once a month to participate in simulations and in-person and online discussions (using FlipGrid). They benefit from guest speakers from K-12 schools and analyzing public and community relations cases in the news.
