This course is an online course serving the Instructional Technology and Instructional Leadership programs. It includes information about the management of IT at a school and district leadership level. Students explore digital leadership and human capital in an organization in the Sheninger text. Students participate in several engaging activities during this course, including simulations, field experiences, and monthly discussions about their chosen topics related to course content. Meetings are held via Zoom. Students also learn about using Twitter for professional and leadership development. They participate in online Twitter chats and learn to share resources to broaden their Professional Learning Network (PLN).
